About Elegant Gel Painting: Florals, Butterflies & More

Most students struggle with gel painting because they use too much product, which makes the art look thick rather than delicate. In my sessions, we focus heavily on brush control and understanding the specific viscosity of different gels. This is the real secret behind achieving those translucent, see-through floral petals you see in my gallery rather than flat, heavy-looking designs.

Gel painting is a skill that separates hobbyists from professional nail artists. When you look at my work, you might see just flowers or butterflies, but what you are really seeing is a masterclass in shading, symmetry, and color blending.

My training modules are built to take you from a standard polish application to creating complex, multi-dimensional art. We do not just do theory; we get our hands dirty. Whether you are in my studio in Navi Mumbai or joining me online, we start with the basics. You will learn why the right liner brush matters, how to hold it for fine lines, and how to mix your own shades to get that perfect depth in a petal.

Here is how we tackle the learning curve:

  • Foundation First: We focus on swirl mastery before moving to complex florals. If your foundation is not solid, the art will never look refined.
  • Product Knowledge: Many artists fail because they do not understand the viscosity of their gels. We cover how to handle different densities for different effects, like the difference between a crisp line and a soft blend.
  • Originality: Every design in this gallery is my own creation. In my courses, I encourage you to learn the technique so well that you can eventually create your own signature style, rather than just copying others.

From Swarovski application to sugar textures, we layer techniques to give your art that 'wow' factor. If you are ready to stop guessing and start creating work that looks like it came from a high-end salon, this is where you begin. I am here to guide you through every stroke, ensuring you gain the confidence to create your own portfolio of original work.

I’m Rupali. I started as a passionate teenager and later studied abroad to bring international-standard training to India. I’m naturally a bit camera shy, but I love nothing more than breaking down complex nail art into simple, actionable steps for my students.
