You want them to have ghar ka khana, but the logistics of packing, shelf life, and courier regulations can be a headache. I handle the back-end so you can focus on the travel.

Custom Freeze-Drying for Your Recipes

If you have a special family recipe that you want to carry, I can process it for you.

• Shelf Life: Your food will stay safe and fresh for up to 9 months without any preservatives or refrigeration.
• The Process: Bring your prepared dishes to my Byculla store. I handle the freeze-drying and 3-layer nitrogen-flushed packaging.
• Requirement: Please note the 2kg minimum batch size. Since the process takes time, I strictly require appointments 10 to 12 days in advance.

International Courier & Vacuum Packing

Beyond drying, I act as your logistics partner for sending items overseas. Whether it is vacuum-packed rotis or theplas, or just general groceries and home essentials, I ensure everything is packed to survive long-haul travel.

• Vacuum Packing: Keeps your travel breads fresh for 10 days at room temperature, or up to 30 days if you keep them in the fridge.
• Courier Services: From masalas and utensils to shoes and clothes, I manage the shipping so you do not have to worry about the courier company rejecting your parcel.
