About this collection
Please keep in mind that I handle most of these orders personally to ensure the quality stays top-notch, so do get in touch at least 10 days before your travel date. If you are bringing your own home-cooked food for me to freeze-dry, I require a minimum of 2 kilos to process it properly. It is a small step to make sure you have the exact taste you are used to, no matter where you land.
