About The Tournament Scene
We run standard league-style tournaments with certified referees, official scorers, and a proper game clock, so you get a professional experience on the court. Every matchup follows competitive FIBA 3x3 or 5v5 rules, and we provide hydration and event-day support so you can focus entirely on your performance, not the logistics.
At MVP Sports Academy, we focus on the competitive basketball culture that Mumbai has been missing. Our tournament scene is split into two primary experiences:
3v3 Streetball This is for the fast-paced players. We use the FIBA 3x3 format—intense, physical, and quick. It is perfect if you want to showcase your individual skill, handles, and shooting range. The 'winner stays on' energy makes this our most popular entry point for both casual and serious players.
5v5 Full-Court Leagues This is where school pride and team dynamics come into play. We organize full-quarter games with double refereeing, making it ideal for school teams (U-14/U-16) looking for competitive exposure. We handle the scoreboard, the game balls, and even provide contrasting bibs if your team jerseys clash.
