About this collection
When you plan a wedding miles from home, the sound setup is often a major variable. I travel with my own team of musicians—vocals, tabla, flute, and guitar—and we coordinate directly with your destination planner's audio team to ensure our live chants and storytelling narration are crystal clear, whether we are performing on a beach in Bali or at a remote resort in the hills.
A destination wedding offers a stunning backdrop, but it often makes it harder to keep the pheras focused and meaningful. My goal is to bridge that gap. When I travel for your wedding, I am not just showing up to sing. I am there to manage the emotional flow of the ceremony.
Why I travel for weddings
Most couples worry that the traditional feel gets lost when they take their wedding to a new location. My team and I focus on keeping the rituals rooted. We bring the essential instruments—tabla, flute, and guitar—to create a professional soundscape that works as well in a hotel ballroom as it does in an open-air courtyard. Because I narrate the vows and rituals in a mix of Hindi and English, guests from all backgrounds stay engaged, which is especially important for destination weddings where you want everyone to feel included.
My approach to destination ceremonies
- Pre-event Coordination: We work closely with your planners to understand the venue layout and technical requirements, so you have one less thing to worry about.
- Adaptable Performances: From early morning rituals to evening ceremonies, I adjust my repertoire to match the vibe of the venue.
- Cultural Continuity: I bring the same authenticity and energy to Goa or Udaipur that I bring to a ceremony in Delhi. It is about making sure the 'saat vachan' feel real, no matter how many miles you are from home.
