About Magical Outdoor & Terrace Setups
Transforming a plain terrace into a private cabana setup requires a clear 10x10 ft space and easy access to a power point for our lighting rigs. We handle the full frame construction, sheer drapes, and ambient lighting, but please keep in mind that this service covers the decor structure only—food and cutlery arrangements remain your responsibility.
Our terrace setups are designed to turn any outdoor space into an intimate retreat. Whether you are planning a quiet birthday dinner or a small surprise celebration, the key is the balance of light and comfort.
What the Setup Includes
We build a 6x6 ft or 8x8 ft canopy frame on site, draped in white sheer fabric. We wrap high-density warm white fairy lights around the pillars and create a canopy effect for that soft glow. For seating, we bring low floor mattresses, cushions, and rustic wooden crate tables topped with artificial floral bouquets and LED candles. It is the perfect setup for a relaxed evening.
Space and Planning Requirements
Because we build these frames from scratch, we need a flat, clear area of at least 10x10 ft. While we love working across Delhi NCR—from Noida terraces to Gurgaon rooftops—please check the weather forecast if you are planning an outdoor event. If the space is exposed to wind or rain, we recommend having an indoor backup plan.

We keep our decor flexible. If you have a specific color theme or want to add personalized messages on the wall or cake table, just let us know before we arrive. We focus on the environment so you can focus on the guest of honor.
