When I sketch at an event, I recommend placing my station in a spot where people naturally pause, like near the entrance or the bar. It is not just about the final drawing; watching the caricature take shape is the real entertainment. Guests love standing around, chatting, and laughing as they see their friends and family turned into cartoon versions on the spot.
I offer two main ways to bring art to your event. My classic paper sketches are done in black and white on high-quality cardstock, which is fast and perfect for crowds. If you want something modern, I also offer digital caricatures on an iPad. With the digital option, guests get an instant high-resolution file sent to their phone, and we can even print a glossy 4x6 photo for them to take home immediately.
For weddings and parties, these caricatures double as a unique return gift. I have drawn at everything from intimate family haldis in Panvel to large corporate exhibitions in BKC. My service is usually booked in 3-hour slots. During this time, I can draw about 36 to 45 guests for paper sketches, or roughly 25 to 30 for the detailed digital option.
If you are planning a corporate gig, I can even pre-print your company logo or event hashtag on the paper, making the sketches perfect branded memorabilia. All I need from your side is a small table, three chairs, and good lighting. Whether it is a sangeet, a birthday, or a product launch, I am happy to travel across Mumbai and beyond to add that extra bit of fun to your celebration.
