Festive & Cultural Newborn Photography
I capture those early, precious days with a festive touch. From your baby's first Navratri to their first Holi, I create serene and culturally rich portraits.
A divine newborn portrait for Navratri. I styled this sleeping baby as a little goddess, using rich colours, traditional jewelry, and symbolic lotus flowers to create a truly special image.
Another beautiful newborn styled for Navratri. Wrapped in purple and nestled among flowers and festive decor, she looks like a tiny sleeping goddess.
Even the tiniest babies can celebrate Holi! This newborn is wrapped in a rainbow of colours, creating a safe and beautiful way to mark their first festival of colours.

A precious moment between a mother, her toddler, and her newborn baby. Sibling photos with a new arrival are so special and capture the start of a lifelong bond.

About Sweet Beginnings: Newborn Photography
Festive newborn photography needs a careful touch. When I style a tiny baby for Navratri or Holi, I prioritize comfort and safety above all else. We use soft, breathable fabrics and ensure the baby is warm and settled before we even think about placing those props or traditional accessories. It is about celebrating your culture while keeping your little one peaceful and happy throughout the session.
My studio in DLF Phase 5 is designed to be a safe, controlled environment for your newborn. I understand that festive photoshoots involve more props, like lotus flowers for a Devi-inspired look or vibrant fabrics for Holi, so I always have an assistant on hand to act as a spotter. Your baby's well-being is the only priority.
Why Festive Sessions?
Capturing your baby during their first festivals is a wonderful way to honor your family's heritage. Whether it is a tiny Krishna setup for Janmashtami or a sweet, colorful Holi theme, these portraits become family heirlooms. I keep the posing simple and natural, allowing your baby to sleep peacefully while we build the scene around them.
Planning Your Shoot
If you have a specific festival in mind, let’s chat a few weeks in advance. This gives us time to source the right props—like traditional jewelry or safe, soft-colored fabrics—that match your vision. We include buffer time for feeding and soothing, so there is never any rush. The goal is a calm, joyful experience for you and a beautiful, timeless image of your newest family member.
