Come behind the scenes at our Delhi studio to see how natural oils and butters transform into gentle, skin-loving bars, cured for weeks to get it just right.

The process begins by blending natural colorants like French pink clay into nourishing oils. This is for my Lavender Patchouli bar.

Infusing oils with botanicals like alkanet root, annatto seed, and turmeric to create natural, vibrant colors for a custom soap order.

Pouring a batch of Lavender Patchouli soap. Sometimes the soap has a mind of its own, and the marble swirl doesn't go as planned, but the result is always beautiful.

Stocking up on a favorite for the festive season. This is the pour for my 'Flower Market' soap, scented with rose and honeysuckle.

Creating the dreamy, cool-toned swirls for my 'Mountain Mist' soap bar.

Adding texture to the top of the soap loaf is one of my favorite steps. Here, I'm working on a few different batches.

The moment of truth. Unmolding the Lavender, Rosemary & Peppermint bar to reveal the hidden dolphin embed inside.

Unmolding and cutting the Japanese Cherry Blossom bars. The clean slice reveals the soft, floral-inspired design.

Cutting into a slice of serenity. This is my 'Mountain Mist' bar, scented with uplifting orange and grounding cedarwood.

Stamping away to glory. Each bar gets its final touch with my 'mollis' stamp before it's ready to be packaged.

About The Art of Cold Process Soap

Every bar you see here spends weeks on our curing racks. Cold process soap making isn't about speed; it is about letting the oils and natural butters like shea and cocoa fully saponify to create a bar that is gentle and packed with natural glycerin. When you hold a bar, you are holding weeks of patience, not a factory-made product.
