About Our Sustainable Promise
When you receive a package from my studio, you might notice the box has been used before. I prioritize reusing sturdy shipping materials and using honeycomb paper instead of plastic bubble wrap to protect your order. It is a small choice, but it helps me keep my footprint light while ensuring your handmade soaps and candles arrive safely.
Sustainability is not about achieving perfection, but about making better choices every day. I craft my soaps using the traditional cold process method, which is slow and requires patience, but it preserves the natural glycerin that keeps your skin hydrated. Because I avoid synthetic hardeners and mass-production shortcuts, you might find that some bars have a unique, wonky shape. That is just the nature of working with natural ingredients like clays, charcoal, and botanicals.
My commitment to an eco-friendly skincare routine extends to the smallest details. I wrap all soap bars in paper belly bands rather than plastic, and I am currently transitioning my labels while using up the old ones to avoid any wastage. Whether you are looking for gentle, palm-oil-free cold process soaps or hand-poured soy wax candles for your home, you can trust that no phthalates, parabens, or SLS are involved.
