Behind the Scenes: Our Handmade Skincare Process
Everything here is crafted by hand in tiny batches. See how I pour, cut, and pack each product to keep it fresh and honest for you.
Here I am cutting a fresh loaf of my 'vana' fruit bar soap. This multi-wire cutter helps me get uniform bars, but the process remains entirely manual, ensuring each bar is handled with care.
The beautiful setting stages of my 'patalah' vegan lip balm. You can see the color deepen as the natural waxes and oils cool in their reusable tin containers. This is a magical part of the creation process.

About this collection
When you see my soaps or lip balms, you are looking at work done entirely by hand. I use a multi-wire cutter to slice my Vana soap bars one by one, ensuring every piece is uniform without needing factory machinery. It is a slow, tactile process that keeps me connected to every single product that leaves my studio.
My process is not about speed or efficiency. It is about intention. Since 2020, I have stayed true to the idea that skincare should be clean and made with deep care.
:: The Freshness Factor Because I do not mass-produce, I only make what is needed. When you receive a Patalah lip balm or a Boond balm, you are getting something that was recently poured and set in its tin. You can actually see the transformation as the natural waxes and oils settle and deepen in color. This attention to detail means your products arrive fresh and potent.
:: Honest Ingredients I believe in complete transparency. I use raw, clean ingredients like kaolin clay, cold-pressed oils, and Dead Sea salt. If I would not put it on my own skin, it does not go into my recipes. Every scent profile, from coffee to rose, comes from nature.
:: Earth-Friendly Steps My packaging is plastic-free. I use glass jars, metal tins, and cotton pouches. I encourage you to repurpose these once you are finished. It is a small way to be kinder to our planet while taking care of your skin.
~ I am here to help you find the right routine. Whether you are curious about my soap-cutting process or want to know more about the specific oils in my lotions, feel free to reach out. I would love to chat.
