My approach to high-profile events remains the same as any other, as I believe the host deserves to be a guest at their own party. Whether I am managing a meal for a cabinet minister or a close family gathering, I stay on the floor to ensure that the service remains invisible, efficient, and consistent.

It is about anticipating the needs of the host before they ask. My team follows a specific protocol for shadow service, which means someone from my crew is always assigned to the immediate family, ensuring water, food, or any request is handled instantly.
