About Get Moving: Dance, Hula Hoop & Fitness Fun
We keep our hula hoop and dance batches small, with just 12-15 kids, so every child gets plenty of space to spin, jump, and groove safely. Since we run these sessions throughout the week in our air-conditioned hall, kids build real rhythm and stamina without feeling like they are in a rigid, traditional gym class.
Our approach to movement is simple: if they are laughing, they are learning. We focus on freestyle dance and hula hoop tricks that build coordination, core strength, and rhythm. Whether it is learning the latest Bollywood steps or mastering the art of keeping the hoop spinning, we ensure the environment is always lighthearted and encouraging.

- Age-Appropriate Fitness: Activities designed specifically for ages 2.5 to 8 years, focusing on gross motor skills and spatial awareness.
