About Get Moving: Dance, Hula Hoop & Fitness Fun

We keep our hula hoop and dance batches small, with just 12-15 kids, so every child gets plenty of space to spin, jump, and groove safely. Since we run these sessions throughout the week in our air-conditioned hall, kids build real rhythm and stamina without feeling like they are in a rigid, traditional gym class.
