About Casual & Cozy Moments
For at-home sessions, I focus on utilizing your nursery or living area, relying entirely on natural window light to keep the mood honest. In my studio, I skip heavy props to keep the focus on you, using simple textures like lace or linen that allow you to move freely and feel comfortable rather than staged.
Why Casual and Candid
Many mothers find posed studio sessions overwhelming. My approach is different. When we strip away complex backgrounds and theatrical lighting, we are left with the only thing that matters: the connection between you, your partner, and your baby.
What to Expect in a Session
- Studio Setup: My Noida studio at Panchsheel Greens 2 is designed for minimalism. We use soft, matte backdrops and natural light modifiers. You have access to my client closet, but we keep the wardrobe choices simple—think white shirts, lace robes, or your own comfortable casuals.
- At-Home Convenience: For families who prefer comfort, I bring the shoot to you. An at-home maternity photoshoot is perfect for capturing the real anticipation in your own nursery or living room. I travel across the Delhi NCR region for these sessions.
- Pacing and Comfort: These shoots are not about rushing. We take time for breaks, outfit adjustments, and simply talking to get comfortable. If you are nervous in front of a camera, this relaxed pacing helps you settle in, which is crucial for authentic expressions.
Practical Details
My packages start with simple 1-hour slots, but for a truly candid session, I recommend the longer durations that include hair and makeup services. This ensures you feel polished but still look like yourself. We avoid the rigid posing that often makes maternity portraits look dated. Instead, we focus on movement—walking, laughing, or just holding your bump—to ensure the final gallery feels like a time capsule of your real life.
