Traditional Maternity Photoshoots
Embracing the beauty of your heritage. I love styling maternity sessions with ethnic outfits like sarees and kurtas to create rich, culturally significant portraits that tell your unique story.

About Celebrating in Traditional Wear
For these traditional sessions, I always recommend choosing sarees or kurtas that you already feel comfortable in. We will incorporate simple, meaningful props like brass bowls with fresh flower petals or peacock feathers to complement your outfit without taking the spotlight away from your real, glowing emotion.
Authentic Heritage Portraits
There is something incredibly grounding about wearing ethnic attire for a maternity photoshoot. Whether it is a soft cotton saree you love or a kurta that makes you feel connected to your roots, traditional wear brings a different kind of grace to pregnancy portraits. My goal is never to overwhelm you with heavy, artificial sets. Instead, I focus on the connection you share with your partner and the anticipation of welcoming your little one.
My Approach to Traditional Shoots
- Keep it Simple: We use subtle decor—think marigold petals, brass elements, or textured backdrops—to create a festive yet calm atmosphere.
- Posing with Ease: Traditional wear, especially sarees, can be tricky if you are constantly adjusting. We take the time to set you up comfortably so you can move naturally, ensuring the focus remains on your expressions rather than your outfit.
- Location Flexibility: I operate out of my studio in Panchsheel Greens 2, Greater Noida, which is perfectly equipped for these setups. If you prefer the comfort of your own home in Delhi NCR, I can bring the essentials to you, allowing us to capture these memories in your own space.
Preparing for Your Session
- Wardrobe: You are welcome to wear your own traditional attire. It often helps if the outfit has sentimental value.
- Makeup & Styling: While I focus on the photography and posing guidance, I recommend arriving ready to go. If you need professional help, I can suggest local stylists I trust.
- Timing: Traditional shoots, like all my maternity sessions, are paced slowly. We do not rush. We take breaks, we laugh, and we wait for that perfect, honest smile.
