Learn Mehendi Artistry and Professional Henna Techniques
Whether you want to master a simple floral vine or create intricate bridal figures, my classes are designed to help you find your flow. Let's make some magic with henna.
Mastering fillers is key to creating professional-looking mehendi. This beginner tutorial focuses on creating a checked pattern with dotted details, a fundamental skill we practice in my workshops.
A tutorial on creating a 'jaal' or net pattern using leafy vines. This is a beautiful and popular way to fill larger spaces in a design, and I show how to keep the lines consistent and clean.
About Learn Henna With Me: From Basics to Advanced
You don't need a steady hand to start, just a bit of patience and the right technique. In my workshops, we focus heavily on coneology, which is the art of mixing your own organic paste and rolling the perfect cone. Once you get that consistency right, controlling the flow for those intricate lines becomes much easier.
My teaching philosophy is simple: practice makes progress. I break down complex designs into basic strokes like lines, dots, and humps. Whether you are a complete beginner or looking to refine your bridal artistry, there is a path for you here.
Beginner Foundation and Coneology
This is where we build the base. We cover organic paste mixing, essential oil blends, and leak-proof cone rolling. You will practice drills for pressure control until your lines are clean and consistent. We also cover basic motifs like lotus petals and Arabic vines.
Professional Bridal Artistry
Designed for those who want to turn professional. We dive into complex figurative art, side profiles, 3D shading, and full-arm compositions. I teach the mental mapping needed for large layouts so you do not lose symmetry midway through a design.
Advanced Pichwai and Figure Masterclass
For existing artists, this is a deep dive into Shreenathji-inspired elements and negative space techniques. We work on the pulling technique for gradients and shadows, giving your art that realistic, painted look.
Classes are held in person across Mumbai. I believe in hands-on learning, so I am right there with you, correcting posture and guiding your hand movement. Let's get your henna journey started.
