I love combining bold, modern lines with delicate, traditional details to create looks that feel fresh and striking. Whether you want something contemporary for your engagement or a stylish accent for a festive occasion, my Indo-Arabic mehendi designs are all about that perfect balance of negative space and intricate pattern work.

A beautiful Indo-Arabic design that flows diagonally across the hands, combining bold floral and paisley elements with finer, delicate patterns.

This designer engagement mehendi uses negative space and bold, jewelry-like patterns to create a unique and modern look.

A striking Indo-Arabic design with bold, dark-filled areas contrasted with fine, detailed linework for a dramatic effect.

The rich stain of the modern Indo-Arabic design shown earlier. The dark color makes the geometric and floral patterns stand out beautifully.

A unique design combining a traditional, dense pattern on one hand with a modern, structured design on the other, featuring a peacock motif.

A stylish back-hand design featuring geometric mandalas and cuff-like patterns on the wrist.

A beautiful back-hand design that combines traditional motifs with a modern, spaced-out placement.

A full back-hand design with intricate grids and paisleys, perfect for a bride who wants her hands adorned from every angle.

A happy client showing off her beautiful back-hand mehendi, which features her initial 'V' in a lovely script.

About Modern & Indo-Arabic Styles

When I work on Indo-Arabic designs, I focus on the balance between bold, dark-filled lines and delicate, airy patterns. This style is perfect if you want something that looks elegant and stands out in photos without the heavy, full-coverage density of traditional bridal mehendi, though I can certainly scale up the intricacy if you prefer a fuller look.

Indo-Arabic styles are my go-to for anyone who wants a contemporary look that feels clean and sharp. Unlike traditional, dense designs, this style embraces negative space. I use bold, thick strokes to define the flow of the design, then fill the gaps with fine, intricate detail work. This contrast is what makes the design pop, especially in wedding photos.

Because I make my own henna paste using triple-sifted Rajasthani Sojat henna and essential oils, you get that rich, dark stain even with lighter, modern patterns. Whether you are prepping for an engagement, a family festival like Teej or Eid, or just want something stylish for an upcoming party, we can adjust the coverage to fit your preference.

I am based at my studio in Vakola, Santacruz, but I travel across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area to work with my clients. If you have a specific vision, like geometric mandalas or jewelry-inspired patterns, tell me about it. We can integrate your initials, wedding dates, or even specific motifs to make the design uniquely yours. Getting the perfect stain is my obsession, so I will guide you through the aftercare to ensure that beautiful dark color lasts long after your event.
