About Intricate Engagement & Bridal Designs
The deep, rich colour you see in these photos comes from my 100% organic Rajasthani henna paste, which I mix myself with essential oils. Because I use natural ingredients, the stain develops fully over 24 to 48 hours after application. It is a slow process, but that deep maroon finish is what ensures your mehendi looks vibrant in your wedding photographs.
My approach to bridal and engagement mehendi is centered on balance and symmetry. Whether I am drawing architectural jharokha (window) motifs, classic elephants, or delicate hanging bells, I make sure the design flows naturally from your fingertips to your elbows.
I believe your mehendi should be as unique as your relationship. That is why I love incorporating personal elements into the design. If you want your partner's initials, the skyline of the city where you met, or even your wedding date woven into the pattern, I am happy to design it.
I operate from my studio in Vakola, Santacruz East, but I travel across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area for weddings. During a typical session, I spend 3 to 4 hours ensuring every line is crisp and every element is perfectly placed. I avoid chemical fillers entirely, so you can rest easy knowing the henna is safe and the final colour will be rich and long-lasting.
If you are planning an engagement, I can focus on designs that feature bold, modern mandalas or negative space techniques, whereas for the wedding day, I lean into dense, heavy motifs to match the grandeur of your bridal attire.
