About Mother & Baby Portraits
The best 'Mom & Me' poses generally happen when your baby is between 6 and 9 months old. At this age, they are usually stable enough for seated lap photos but are not yet fully mobile, which makes the shoot relaxed and manageable. If you wait until they hit the one-year mark, they will likely want to explore rather than pose, which is fun to watch but much harder to capture in a refined portrait.

Photography shouldn't be stressful, especially when you are a new parent. My approach is simple: I minimize the noise and focus on the connection. Whether you want a clean, minimalist studio look or a fine-art portrait featuring flowing gowns and tulle, I handle the styling so you can focus on your baby.
The Studio Experience
My studio in Sector 110, Gurugram, is built for safety and comfort. Because I only take a few sessions each week, I never rush families. We always plan for extra time for feeding, changing, and soothing. Your comfort matters just as much as the baby's, so I provide a selection of maternity and portrait gowns to ensure you feel confident in front of the lens.
What to Expect
- Wardrobe: You have access to my studio wardrobe, including flowing gowns for moms and curated wraps, bonnets, and headbands for the baby.
- Setup: We utilize props like baskets, faux floors, and dreamy lighting to create distinct looks without overwhelming the baby.
- Editing: I focus on a dreamy, soft aesthetic that keeps skin tones looking real. You will receive a mix of high-definition retouched images and all unedited JPEGs from the session.
We can include siblings and partners in these portraits as well. If you have a specific theme in mind—from minimalist fine-art to something more imaginative—let's chat about how to bring that vision to life.
