Pricing Guide
Olympic Standard 10M Air Weapon Training
Core Training Schedule
- 5 sessions per week (Monday to Friday).
- Duration: 1.5 hours per session.
- Fixed batch slots: 2:00 PM, 3:30 PM, 5:00 PM, or 6:30 PM.
Facility & Accessibility
- 10M Indoor Range with climate control (AC).
- SIUS ASCOR Electronic Targets (Olympic standard hardware).
- Wheelchair accessible ramps and wide-lane firing points.
- Adaptive restroom facilities.
Coaching & Sports Science
- 1-on-1 technique correction for seated posture and stability.
- Mentorship under national-level coaches.
- Periodic body composition analysis and injury prevention assessment.
- Yoga and breathing workshops (Pranayama) for focus.
Equipment Provided
- Academy-owned Pre-Charged Pneumatic (PCP) Air Rifles or Pistols.
- Standard usage of pellets and target papers.
- Custom tables and stands suited for wheelchair users.
Outdoor Shotgun Trap & Skeet Training
Range Infrastructure
- Access to Pali Shotgun Range in Aravali hills.
- Concrete pathways designed specifically for wheelchair mobility.
- Training frequency: 3 to 4 days per week (2-hour slots).
Specialized Coaching
- Instruction in Trap, Double Trap, or Skeet disciplines.
- Recoil management training for seated/wheelchair positions.
- Visual drills for reaction time and peripheral vision.
Hardware & Support
- Rental of academy-grade 12-gauge Shotguns.
- Strapping and stabilization equipment for wheelchairs.
- Mandatory shoulder and back strengthening physiotherapy.
- Note: Ammunition (Cartridges) and Clay targets are charged at actuals.

We’re Manav Rachna Shooting Academy. Shooting’s not just about hitting the target, it’s about building patience, focus, and guts.
