About Behind the Scenes & Bulk Orders
You might wonder how we keep things fresh without chemical preservatives. Everything in these photos is made in our own manufacturing unit here in Anna Nagar. We use traditional iron woks and solar drying to lock in nutrients naturally, just like we would at home. I personally check every batch before it leaves my hands, whether it is for a local family in Coimbatore or a bulk order heading to our customers in the US or Singapore.
Transparency is the core of Mayuri Ritzy. I believe you have the right to know exactly where your food comes from. When you see our ABC Malt or Nendra Banana mix, you are seeing a process that prioritizes health over industrial speed.
Why Our Process is Different
We don't use heavy machinery that heats up ingredients and kills their natural goodness. Instead, we use iron woks for roasting and solar drying for dehydration. It takes longer and it is labor-intensive, but it keeps the enzymes and vitamins alive. My team and I work paathu paathu—with extreme care—to ensure that the beetroot, carrot, and millet powders reach you exactly as they should.
