- Flair Specialization: Training in working flair, exhibition moves, and, for those interested, the specialized protocols for fire flair safety.
- Bar Operations: How to manage inventory, cost drinks effectively, and set up a bar station that works for you, not against you.
Advanced Diploma and Certifications
For those seeking a deeper edge, our university-certified advanced diploma tracks run between 3 to 6 months. These include advanced topics like molecular mixology—using smoking guns, foams, and dry ice—and management modules for aspiring bar managers. Students in these tracks gain direct experience through mandatory internship shifts at high-end weddings and events managed by our catering wing.
