I personally manage the console, adjust the audio balance during speeches, and sync the lighting to match the mood of the room. I have seen enough events get ruined by audio feedback or awkward silence, so I always keep a backup mic and a dedicated power plan ready before the first guest walks in.
Whether it is an annual corporate meet at a Navi Mumbai hotel or a high-energy farewell at a college auditorium, the technical setup makes or breaks the event. I do not just dump equipment and leave; I map out the space carefully.
