I get a different kind of thrill working on editorial and ad campaign shoots - it's all about making something that stands out, not just making people look pretty. I love being part of the creative process and helping tell a story through makeup.
How I Work on Shoots
I always try to match the vibe of the brand or magazine, but I add my own twist. Sometimes it's clean and dewy skin for that fresh, radiant effect. Other times, it's super bold statement makeup that pops on camera. I’m up for anything, from subtle glam to avant-garde looks.

If you’ve seen campaigns or magazine features for Vogue India, Elle India, Dior, Anamika Khanna x H&M, or Mehta Emporium Jewellers, you might’ve seen my work. Each shoot is different, and I like working with a mix of styles - classic, Desi glam, or sleek international looks.
Makeup & Hair
I handle both makeup and hair, so we can get a whole cohesive look sorted. Think soft waves, clean buns, or styles that blend with the outfit and theme. Dewy skin editorial look and high fashion makeup for shoots are totally my thing.
On Set
Shoot days are long so I’m always about teamwork. I work closely with stylists and photographers, and I always give a simple touch-up kit for last-minute fixes. It keeps everyone looking sharp till the very last shot.

My Story
Hey, I’m Pooja. Most days you’ll find me with a coffee in one hand and a makeup brush in the other. Mumbai’s home, but my kit goes wherever you need me. Makeup isn’t just a job, it’s about those moments—like doing my mother-in-law’s Mahavir Janamvanchan look and seeing her beam. I’m always learning, always chasing that feeling when someone sees themselves and just glows. Festivals, weddings, random happy days—I’m here for all of it.
