Whether you want a traditional braid with fresh flowers or soft, romantic waves, I focus on building a structure that holds securely without feeling like it is weighed down by spray. The goal is for you to be able to dance, eat, and move throughout your event without worrying about a single pin falling out.
Hairstyling is an extension of your overall look. When I plan a style with a client, I consider three things: your outfit, your face shape, and the duration of your event. For traditional Muhurtham ceremonies, I specialize in creating neat, classic braids that frame the face perfectly and provide a stable base for heavy jewelry or traditional fresh jasmine. If you are looking for something modern for a reception or cocktail night, I work on creating volume and texture. I use specific techniques to ensure your curls or waves have movement and shine without looking like they have been over-processed. I am also happy to advise on whether hair extensions would help achieve the specific volume you are envisioning for your bridal look. I believe hair should look as good in person as it does in photos, which is why I avoid the 'crunchy' or overly-perfect look.
