About Editorial & Themed Photoshoots
Editorial makeup demands a different technical approach than standard photography. We aimed to capture the essence of vintage Hindi cinema, which required specific attention to traditional details like thin braids, defined bindi placement, and a soft, nostalgic palette.
Unlike daily or bridal makeup, editorial work often requires 'less is more' in some areas while being bold in others. Whether we are building a fierce, moody look with graphic liners or a clean, avant-garde aesthetic, my goal is durability and impact. I use luxury-tier products that resist caking under hot studio lights and maintain their finish throughout the shooting schedule.
