When you sit in my chair, it is not just about the makeup. Many brides come to me feeling nervous about being 'on display,' so we start by just chatting to settle those jitters. Whether it is prepping your skin with a cooling ice rub or making sure your saree pleats stay rock-solid through hours of rituals, my goal is to make sure you feel like the most confident version of yourself, not a different person.
The most rewarding part of my work happens right when the bride looks in the mirror for the first time. It is that moment where the anxiety melts away and they realize they still look like themselves, just glowing and ready for the celebrations.
I believe makeup is about enhancing, not masking. Whether you are aiming for a classic South Indian muhurtham look with temple jewellery or a modern soft glam for your reception, I prioritize a breathable, 'real skin' finish. I hate that cakey, heavy feeling, so I use lightweight, long-wear products that hold up against humidity and flash photography.
