Robotics and Coding Classes for Kids
Watch your child move from playing with blocks to programming autonomous robots. We help young creators build, code, and problem-solve in small, supervised groups.
A young engineer proudly presents his motorized cruise ship, complete with detailed coding on a tablet to control its movement.
A student proudly poses with his helicopter project, demonstrating the code he wrote on the tablet to make the propellers spin.
A young girl concentrates as she programs her robotic creation, learning how to translate ideas into commands through coding.
Collaboration is key. Here, students work together, combining their building and coding skills to create a functional robotic model.
Our robotics classes are buzzing with energy as students focus on assembling their projects, getting ready for a future in technology.
Three young engineers testing out their robotic creations. Our camps for ages 6-11 are available across seven locations in Bangalore.

About this collection
We don't just provide a kit and leave the room. Our instructors work with small batches of five to eight students, ensuring every child has enough time with the hardware. You will see models dismantled at the end of each session, because we focus on the process of assembly and coding logic rather than letting them take the plastic models home.
Learning robotics at our centers is about process over product. We use a combination of LEGO WeDo 2.0, Technic, and mBot kits to teach mechanical engineering alongside coding software like Scratch, MIT App Inventor, and Python. By focusing on how gears, sensors, and pulleys interact, students move beyond following instructions and start to understand the physics of their creations.
The Learning Approach
We follow a build, fail, and succeed philosophy. A student might build a smart vehicle that fails to turn, which forces them to look back at their block-based code or check the wheel alignment. This is the moment where real learning happens. Our instructors are present to guide them, not to solve the problem for them.
Program Structure
Our programs in Bangalore and Kolkata are structured to accommodate different learning speeds and ages. Younger students (ages 3 to 9) focus on simple machines and motorized models, while those 10 and older transition into complex robotics and programming logic.
We keep our batches small to ensure the 1:5 to 1:8 teacher-student ratio is maintained. This allows us to provide individual attention, especially for children who are new to coding or who prefer a hands-on environment. Whether you are looking for an after-school program or a holiday camp, our goal is to give your child the tools to become a creator.
MakersLoft
We are MakersLoft. We started with a simple observation that kids learn faster when their hands are busy and they are allowed to make mistakes. We run these camps because we love watching that moment when a child figures out how to make their code work.
