When you have an evening event to attend, the last thing you need is to spend hours in a chair. My process is efficient—I focus on a 'no-filter' skin finish, meaning we build up coverage exactly where you need it without the heavy, cakey feeling. Whether you are heading to a formal reception or a family sangeet, I ensure your base stays fresh and glowing from the first photo to the last dance.
Whether it is a reception, sangeet, or a festival, the goal is always the same: you should look like yourself, just sakkath (awesome) and radiant. I do not believe in masking your features under heavy, cakey layers. Instead, I focus on prepping your skin to ensure that ‘glass skin’ finish that catches the light beautifully in evening photos.
How I Work
For parties and receptions, we usually have a tight timeline. I am comfortable doing a full makeover in under 60 minutes if the schedule demands it, without cutting corners on hygiene or quality. My approach is simple:
- Base: I use professional, long-lasting products that even out your skin tone while letting your natural texture show through.
- Eyes: From subtle, shimmery pinks to defined, smokey looks, we will pick a palette that complements your outfit—be it a Kanjeevaram silk or a modern evening gown.
- Hair: I handle styling to suit the occasion. Think loose, bouncy curls for a contemporary look or a traditional braided style adorned with fresh malli (jasmine) for a classic festive vibe.
Choosing Your Look
I offer two primary tiers based on the event scale:
- Natural Glow (₹2000–₹3500): Ideal for intimate gatherings or day events. This covers sheer coverage, simple heat styling, and a clean, fresh look.
- HD Party Glam (₹3500–₹6000): Best for receptions or high-profile events where you need photography-ready results. This includes full HD coverage, precise color correction, false lashes, and elaborate hairstyling or structural draping.
