About Styled Shoots & Collaborations
When I work on a styled shoot, I treat the camera as my toughest critic. Unlike a wedding where I am balancing durability with comfort for a 12-hour event, these shoots allow me to focus entirely on how pigments catch studio or harsh lighting. It is a creative exercise that helps me bring even sharper, more precise techniques to your actual wedding day.
Working with photographers, fashion designers, and jewelry brands allows me to push boundaries I cannot always explore on a fast-paced wedding morning. When we collaborate, we are often aiming for a very specific mood—like a modern editorial look or a vintage traditional vibe.
I use these projects to test new products and lighting techniques. If I am experimenting with a specific dewy base or a sharper graphic liner, I test it here first under intense studio conditions before ever suggesting it for a bride.
For my clients, this means that when you hire me for your engagement or reception, you are not just getting someone who applies standard foundation.
