About Engagement, Reception & Sangeet Glam
For your Sangeet or reception, the biggest challenge is keeping the makeup fresh while you are dancing or moving around the venue. I focus heavily on the base prep, using high-definition, long-wear techniques that handle Mumbai humidity without cracking. If you are worried about your makeup looking heavy by the time the party hits its peak, we address this during our consultation by testing the finish based on your specific outfit and skin type.
From Pooja to Party
Your pre-wedding events require different approaches. For an engagement pooja, we want a soft, radiant glow that looks natural in daylight and stands up to close-up photography. I use color correction to balance out uneven skin tones, keeping the base breathable and light.
When it comes to the Sangeet or Reception, the energy shifts. You need a look that transitions into evening lighting and survives the heat of the dance floor. This is where we bring in the heavy-duty HD foundation, buildable coverage, and long-lasting eye artistry.
Hair and Draping
It is not just about the face. My process includes:
