This is a complete jungle safari theme I created for a child's birthday party. The setup includes a full circular balloon arch in green, white, and gold, along with various animal foil balloons like a lion and elephant. I also provided the custom "TAISHA" name cutout and the leaf-patterned plinths for the cake table.
For this 5th birthday, I designed an outer space theme for a celebration at home. The decoration features a large balloon arrangement with rocket ship foil balloons, a gold fringe backdrop, and a rented 'Happy Birthday' neon sign. The large foil number '5' makes the milestone clear.
About Themed Birthday Setups for Kids
My 2-person team handles the entire setup in roughly 1.5 to 2 hours. We bring the metal rings, neon signs, and custom name cutouts with us, using command hooks and zip ties to ensure your walls stay protected while we get everything ready for your event.
When you book a theme for your child's birthday, I bring the entire setup to your location. For home parties, I use a 6-foot metal ring backdrop with 150 to 200 balloons. For larger clubhouse events, I scale up to a 7-foot backdrop with over 300 balloons, custom 3D name cutouts, and LED Par can lights to make the display stand out.
I own all my equipment, including the neon signs, cake stands, and dessert plinths, so there are no third-party rental delays. You can choose from popular themes like jungle safari with animal foil balloons or outer space with rocket accents. I can also mix and match colors like rose gold, blue and silver, or black and gold to suit your preference.
Everything is included in the package. I manage the delivery, installation, and setup of the backdrops and props. Whether you are in Ulsoor or on the other side of Bangalore, I travel to your venue to complete the decoration. Please note that for outdoor events, high wind can be a factor, but I always take steps to anchor and secure the structures.
