- Filming: Recording of the final group performance during the workshop.
- Editing: Delivery of a 30-60 second edited high-energy reel within 48 hours.
- Audio: Provision of a pre-mixed medley of trending tracks.

- Travel: Costs included for locations within Mumbai and Navi Mumbai.
- Client Requirements: Client must provide speakers and a microphone.
Annual Day Team Choreography
Rehearsal Schedule
- Sessions: Includes 6 on-site rehearsal sessions (90 minutes each).
- Instructor: 1 Dedicated senior choreographer assigned to the team for consistency.
- Output: complete choreography for a song or medley lasting 3 to 4 minutes.
Technical & Creative Support
- Audio: Professional mixing of the song medley provided prior to rehearsals.
- Staging: Detailed formation planning tailored to the specific stage dimensions.
- Styling: Vendor references provided for costumes and props (procurement cost borne by client).
Final Execution
- Dress Rehearsal: Includes 1 technical run-through on the final stage for lighting and spacing checks.
- Support: Digital backup of the music track provided to the event console team.
