My Approach to Milestone Photography

I believe the best images happen when a baby feels safe and relaxed. In my Jakkur studio, I create a calm environment where your little one has the space to be themselves. We aren't looking for stiff, posed perfection. Instead, I look for the way they tilt their head, their curious eyes, and that unique giggle they’ve just started to share.

Sessions That Match Their Stage

• Milestone Shoots: Typically for babies between 5 to 10 months, these sessions focus on new abilities like sitting up or crawling.
• First Birthday: We keep these interactive and fun. Whether you want a simple portrait session or a classic cake smash style, the goal is to celebrate this big year without overwhelming your child.

Preparing for Your Session

• Timing: We schedule shoots around your baby's nap and feeding times. A well-rested baby is a happy baby, and that makes all the difference in the final gallery.
• Outfits: Keep it simple. I find that neutral tones, soft textures, and comfortable fabrics work best because they don't distract from your baby's face. If you have a family heritage outfit you would like to include, we can certainly work that in.
• Parents are Included: While the focus is on the baby, I always encourage parents to hop into a few frames. Those images of you holding, kissing, or playing with your baby are often the ones families treasure most years later.
