What I Design

• I take up commercial and hospitality gigs - like shops that invite people in, or workspaces that don’t feel stiff.
• Big fan of adaptive reuse architecture - flipping old buildings into something new, without losing their soul.
• Facade design for modern homes is another area where I go deep, playing with light, shadow, and materials.

• Planning gets real with 2D drawings, then 3D visuals so you can actually imagine the space.
• I pick materials that age well. Think stone, wood, and concrete - nothing too flashy, but everything with character.
• I stay involved, right from the first brick to the last detail.
