Traditional Maharashtrian Wedding Rukhwat Displays
We bring the charm of traditional Maharashtrian weddings to your venue with our handcrafted doll setups. From the Lagna Ghatika to the bride's Mahercha Chuda, we turn your wedding rituals into intricate storytelling pieces.
Tag a sister who is getting married soon. Our 'Lagnach Rukhwat' is the perfect traditional touch for her big day, capturing the beautiful moments of a Maharashtrian wedding in miniature form.
From the 'Lagna Ghatika' to the display of 'Saubhagya Alankar', our wedding rukhwat covers all the beautiful rituals. We take care of every detail so you can enjoy your wedding preparations without any stress.
The details are what make our work special. This scene shows the groom in a Kalamkari kurta surrounded by his sisters, each wearing a unique, handcrafted saree, showcasing the 'bhatkutni' ritual.
A glimpse of our 'Lagna Ghatika' setup, capturing the pivotal moment of a Maharashtrian wedding. The bride and groom dolls are dressed in traditional attire, ready for the ceremony.
This beautiful wedding rukhwat is a symphony of tradition and modern aesthetics. It symbolizes the bride's journey, keeping the legacy of this beautiful custom alive for a new generation.
Shaadi vibes, but make it doll-sized. Our wedding rukhwat combines tradition with elegance, featuring scenes like a Satyanarayan Pooja and a groom arriving on a bullock cart.
We were honored to create the wedding rukhwat for actress Divya Subhash. This setup includes a 'Mahercha Chuda' scene, celebrating the bride's maternal home, and a beautiful depiction of the main wedding ceremony.
About this collection
We don't just drop off boxes of dolls. When you book a rukhwat, one of us or our team comes to your venue to handle the full styling and arrangement. We ensure every miniature vessel, backdrop, and doll is positioned perfectly so you have one less thing to worry about on your wedding day. You only need to provide the table space, and we take care of the rest.
Junan Te Sonan: Old is Gold
We believe that traditions are best kept alive through stories. Our rukhwat setups are more than just decor; they are a bridge between the rituals you grew up watching and your own wedding journey. Whether you are looking for the classic 'Lagna Ghatika' or a depiction of 'Mahercha Chuda', our dolls help narrate the rituals in a way that guests love to gather around and admire.
How We Work
We offer three distinct tiers of setups to fit your venue and vision:
- Standard Ritual Theme: Perfect for a 4ft console table, focusing on a single ritual like Satyanarayan Pooja with 5-7 dolls.
- Grand Wada Theme: Our showstopper, requiring a 12ft space. We bring in authentic brass 'bhatukali' (miniature kitchen) vessels, village props, and printed backdrops to create a lively Peshwai courtyard vibe with 15-20 dolls.
- Custom Replica Setup: This is for couples who want their love story on display. We create 25+ dolls, including custom lookalikes wearing miniature versions of your own wedding outfits. We even add motorized elements, like a moving jhula, for that extra touch of magic.
Practical Details
Everything you see in our gallery is available on a rental basis. Our base price starts from ₹8000 for standard themes and goes up to ₹38,000 for our fully customized, motorized setups. We handle the logistics of transport and on-site assembly across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area and beyond, including destination weddings across India. All we ask from you is the designated table space—we bring the lights, the flowers, the dolls, and the heart.
