Featured Strength and Conditioning Work
Real strength is not built overnight. It comes from consistency, technique, and discipline. Here is what my training philosophy looks like in practice.
This is what building real power looks like. Here I am performing a 120kg clean, a fundamental Olympic lift that develops full body explosiveness. Are you strong? Let's find out.
Here is a 180kg back squat. This is a core lift for building foundational leg strength and muscle mass, essential for both athletic performance and body transformation. Proper depth and form are non-negotiable.
The snatch is one of the most technical lifts in weightlifting. This video shows a successful 90kg snatch after many attempts, proving that consistency and hard work are the keys to breaking through plateaus.
Strength isn't just about lifting heavy. This 123cm box jump demonstrates the explosive power and athletic ability we build. This kind of training directly improves performance in sports and everyday life.
I like to challenge the limits of what's possible. This is a snatch performed on a Bosu ball, an advanced drill that demands extreme stability, balance, and core control. We master the basics first, then we innovate.
This is the result of consistent training and proper nutrition. My goal is to help you achieve your own transformation, whether that's fat loss, building muscle, or developing a lean, athletic physique.
Training is always better with a partner who pushes you. Here, we are working on leg day, combining heavy lifts with functional movements to build well-rounded strength and endurance.
About this collection
I don't do endless cardio or fluff. When we train, we focus on technical mastery of movements like the snatch and back squat because that is how you actually build explosive power and real-life strength. You will learn the mechanics behind every lift, not just move weights around.
Building a strong, mobile, and athletic body does not happen by accident. It is the result of consistent effort and an obsession with proper form. Whether I am teaching the snatch or a simple back squat, my focus remains the same: technical mastery. If your bar path is wrong or your depth is off, we fix it. That is the only way to avoid injury and actually see progress.
My training is not for everyone. If you are looking for easy workouts or generic gym time, I am not your coach. I work with people who want to understand the logic behind every movement. We use Olympic weightlifting, functional drills, and explosive movements to build real-world power.
I offer a few ways to work with me. If you are struggling with a specific lift, we can do a one-off technical audit to fix your form immediately. If you are ready for a long-term commitment, we structure your monthly programming around your specific goals, whether that is fat loss or pure strength gains.
We train in Dubai, focusing on movements that translate to real life. You will struggle, you will be challenged, and you will have to show up on the days you do not feel like it. That is how you get results. Tum strong ho? Let's prove it.
