Olympic Lifting: The Snatch
The snatch is a test of power, speed, and coordination. In my coaching, I break down this complex Olympic lift into manageable steps, focusing on perfect technique to help you lift safely and build explosive, full-body strength.
Olympic Lifting: The Clean & Jerk
The clean and jerk is the ultimate expression of power. We focus on mastering the two parts of this lift: pulling the bar to the shoulders (the clean) and driving it overhead (the jerk) to build serious strength and athletic power.
Powerlifting Foundations: Squats & Deadlifts
These are the cornerstones of any effective strength program. I teach the back squat, front squat, and deadlift with a strict emphasis on safe, powerful technique to build raw strength, pack on muscle, and increase your metabolism for fat loss.
Functional Athleticism & Mobility
My coaching goes beyond the barbell. I use drills for balance, stability, and explosive power to build a body that performs well in any situation. This is about creating usable strength and reducing the risk of injury.
