Scope of Work
- Duration: Full 8-hour shift strictly on-set.
- Deliverables: High-resolution JPEGs for up to 40-50 Garments/SKUs (assuming rapid changes).
- Usage Rights: Digital usage for E-commerce platforms (Amazon, Myntra, Website) and Social Media catalogs.
Technical Setup
- Photography Gear: Primary shooter using Sony Alpha Full Frame body with Sigma Art Lenses (typically 50mm or 85mm).
- Lighting: Standard high-key 3-point lighting setup (Godox Strobes with Softboxes) for shadow-less clarity on white/solid backgrounds.
- Tethering: Basic laptop connectivity for instant raw image review on a calibrated monitor.
Post-Production
- Editing: Standard color correction, white balance adjustment, and cropping to platform guidelines (4:5 or 2:3).
- Retouching: Basic skin cleaning and digital garment de-wrinkling. Note: Does not include creative composites.
Production Support
- Coordination: Assistance in booking a partner studio (Studio rent is extra/at actuals).
- Team: Includes 1 Photography Assistant to manage lighting and gear changes.
Stylized Product & Social Media Shoot
Creative Direction
- Concept Development: Creation of a mood board and visual direction (e.g., Summer Beach Vibe or Moody Luxury) prior to the shoot.
- Styling: Hands-on creative direction involving flat-lays, product placement, and prop arrangement.
- Output: 15-20 High-Definition 'Hero' images suitable for Sponsored Ads, Instagram Grid, and Website Banners.
Technical Setup
- Advanced Lighting: Use of Aputure/Amaran continuous lights and colored gels (RGB) to create dramatic or surreal effects.
- Macro Work: Usage of Macro lenses for jewelry/skincare texture details.
- Set Design: Basic table-top set design using textured stone, fabrics, or colored paper rolls.
Post-Production
- High-End Retouching: Detailed dodge and burn, frequency separation for skin, and metal/glass cleanup for products.

- Shot Count: Focus on Quality over Quantity with approx 10-12 'Master' images and 20-30 supporting look visuals.
On-Set Execution
- Creative Direction: Provider acts as the Director on set, guiding model poses and mood to match the brand storytelling.
- Premium Gear: High-Megapixel Sony Alpha setup capable of capturing details for large-format printing.
- Cinematic Lighting: Complex lighting setups (Chiaroscuro, dramatic shadows, or large-scale diffusion) tailored for specific editorial looks.
- Live Monitoring: Professional tethering station for client and agency real-time review.
Post-Processing
