About Our Process & Client Love
People are often surprised when they see us handle massive catering orders, like thousands of mini-tarts for a single event, right alongside our intimate baking workshops. We keep the same ghar ka pyaar (love from home) in everything, whether we are piping desserts for a concert crowd or teaching a small team how to frost their own cupcakes.
While we started in a tiny home kitchen, we have grown into a team of 16 based in Domlur. Seeing our team in action is where the real magic happens.
Scaling Up, Keeping it Real
When we take on corporate catering for events like the Honey Singh concert or supply thousands of treats for offices, we don't just act like a factory. We still handle every batch with the same attention to detail that my mom, Shikha, used when she baked her first chocolate cake for my friends. It is not just about the volume; it is about ensuring that whether we are serving one person or one thousand, the taste remains consistent and the ingredients stay fresh.
