Why I Do This

People call me 'The Law Daddyy' and I get why. For me, law isn’t just a job - it’s something I live and breathe. I go all in, whether I’m working on a tough case or just hanging out at home. No case too big, no fee too small. It’s about fighting for what’s right and making sure clients get a fair shake.

What I Actually Do

I work as an Indian legal counsel, mostly with high-stakes stuff in India. I advise the Delhi Police, and I’m a Legal Counsel for the Bureau of Indian Standards. I’ve stood up for folks in criminal defense consultancy before the Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee, and I’ve taken on briefs all over the country.

My Main Areas

• Corporate law advisory - contract fights, e-tender messes, commercial suits.
• Tax & GST law - winning back GST registrations after cancellation.
• Cyber law - getting companies’ bank accounts unfrozen when cops go too far.
• Service & constitutional law - fighting for candidates denied government jobs, and pushing for fairness in places like the Indian Air Force.

I also handle probate (inheritance) cases, arms licensing, and keep up with IPR and global trade law.

I’m an Australia migration consultant too. Lived in Sydney for a while, so I know the ropes. I help people and families figure out the right way to move, from paperwork to practical advice.

How I Roll

I go deep with research and strategy, and I’m big on cross examination. Trust matters. I also believe in helping juniors - Juniors ki practice chal jaaye, isliye saari drafting typing unhi se karaata hoon (I let juniors do all the drafting and typing so they get experience). Delhi is home, but I’m always ready to travel for a case.
