Advocacy is more than just standing at the podium. It is about the relentless preparation, the late nights in the library, and the constant networking that happens behind the scenes. Here is a look at my daily grind as the 'Legal Boss'.

A candid moment discussing legal matters with Senior Advocate Mathews J. Nedumpara in the court corridors. Like him, I believe in challenging the system to fight for justice and transparency within the legal profession.

I am deeply passionate about my work. Here I am in my office, meticulously preparing for a case. This dedication is the foundation of my practice and my commitment to every client I represent.

With Pravin H. Parekh, a Senior Counsel and six-term President of the Supreme Court Bar Association. Learning from such legal stalwarts is an honor and inspires my own practice.

A portrait of Justice Prasanna B. Varale of the Supreme Court of India. His journey and commitment to constitutional values are an inspiration to the entire legal fraternity.

Presenting a bouquet to Justice Prasanna B. Varale. It is always a privilege to interact with and honor the senior members of our judiciary who have dedicated their lives to upholding the law.

A moment of focus amidst discussions with fellow advocates at the Supreme Court. Building a strong case requires discipline, focus, and collaboration with other legal minds.

Attending the oath ceremony of Chief Justice of India, Sanjeev Khanna. Witnessing these solemn moments reinforces the profound responsibility we hold as officers of the court.

A glimpse into a day in my life as an advocate at the Supreme Court, attending the farewell function for former Chief Justice of India, DIY Chandrachud.

Receiving a token of appreciation at the SCBA Badminton Tournament. Maintaining a work-life balance and engaging with my colleagues outside the courtroom is important for mental and physical fitness.

Posing with former SCBA Secretary Rohit Pandey. These interactions showcase the spirit of leadership and camaraderie within our legal community.

About A Lawyer's Life: In & Out of Court

Many see the black coat and the courtroom drama, but they don't see the hours spent in the Supreme Court library or the meticulous, often tedious, preparation that goes into building a solid case file. Real advocacy is about discipline, whether it is crafting a strategy for a medical negligence claim or staying updated with the latest bench decisions. If you are looking for someone to represent you, you need an advocate who lives for the courtroom process and understands that your battle requires more than just arguments; it requires grit.

Behind the Black Coat

My practice is built on a simple premise: if there is a problem, there is a solution. I do not believe in shortcuts or 'dallaali'. Whether I am attending a Supreme Court function, networking with senior colleagues, or preparing a writ petition, my focus remains the same—upholding the dignity of the law.

Why Strategy Matters

Courtroom success is not an accident. It is the result of hours spent on case merit analysis and perfecting the 'prayer clause' strategy. When I take on a case, I am not just filing papers. I am curating a narrative that the court can understand, whether it is a complex property dispute or a sensitive case of medical negligence.

My Philosophy

Being a first-generation lawyer taught me to fight my own battles. I carry that same energy into the Supreme Court for every client I represent. I believe that justice is a right, not a privilege reserved for the rich. My work involves:

  • Case Merit Analysis: Reviewing OT notes, discharge summaries, and prescriptions to find the gaps in negligence cases.
  • Mentorship: I share what I learn because the legal field needs more honest, ethical advocates who aren't afraid to raise their voices.
  • Ethical Advocacy: I have called out misconduct in the past, and I continue to stand against elitism and lack of transparency in the system.

If you want an advocate who is honest about your chances and aggressive in the courtroom, you have come to the right place. Let's get to work.

I built this practice from scratch, one case at a time, with no godfather to guide me. I am Pooja, the 'Legal Boss', and I fight because I know what it is like to stand against the system alone. I don't just handle your case; I take ownership of the battle.
