We’re proud of every flip and landing. While medals are special, we celebrate the focus, grit, and joy our gymnasts bring to the mat every single day.

A national podium finish! We are bursting with pride for our Squad 1 gymnast, Diara Mehta, who was part of the Maharashtra Junior Women’s Team that won Gold at the Junior National Championships. She also placed 4th in the uneven bars final, a true display of skill and dedication.

A huge moment for our team and for Maharashtra. Our gymnasts, Aakash Dhuwali and Chaitanya Deshmukh, helped the Maharashtra MAG team secure a bronze medal at the National Championships. It’s a victory built on grit, grind, and glory.

What a weekend at the MAG Mumbai Suburbs District Competition. We are so proud of our little champions for showing up, standing tall, and making every second count. This video captures the energy, nerves, and incredible focus they brought to the floor.

Meet our MAG District Champions. Seventeen of our boys qualified for the State championships, a milestone that reflects their perseverance, focus, and commitment. We are so proud of each and every one of them.

Congratulations to Rudra Shukla, our N4 Open Age All Around Champion. He took home an incredible 3 gold, 2 silver, and 2 bronze medals.

A huge achievement for Shayan Zahedi, who won the N4 Open Age All Round Silver Medal, securing 2 gold and 4 silver medals in total.

Well done, Nael Di Bonaventura, for winning the N4 In Age All Around Silver Medal, along with 2 gold, 2 silver, and 2 bronze medals.

Congratulations to Prithvir Mandowra on winning the N4 Open Age All Around Bronze Medal, along with 3 gold and 1 bronze.

A fantastic performance by Advait Dhoble, who earned 1 gold and 1 bronze medal in the N4 Open Age category.

The grit, grace, and spark from our girls at the MCDGA WAG District Championships were truly inspiring. This weekend was a powerful reminder of what hard work and dedication look like when they finally shine.

About Celebrating Our Champions

It isn’t just about the hardware on their chests. When our gymnasts stand on the podium, we see the weeks of drill repetition, the early mornings, and the resilience it took to stick a landing after a tough practice. These results are simply the echoes of the 'I can't' turning into 'I did it.'

Competitive Training with a Focus on Progress

Competition at Leap is treated as an extension of our core philosophy—not as an endpoint. We prepare our WAG (Women's Artistic Gymnastics) and MAG (Men's Artistic Gymnastics) squads not just for scores, but for the discipline required to perform under pressure. Every district and state-level outcome is the result of a rigorous, supportive process.

How We Build Champions

Our competitive stream operates on a 4-6 days per week regime, using a curriculum vetted by international technical advisors (Kym & Peter Dowdell). We believe in quality over quantity, which is why our circuit-based training ensures that every gymnast gets high-repetition practice without standing around waiting.

We focus on:

  • Real-time Technical Feedback: With a coach-to-student ratio of approximately 1:8, our gymnasts get immediate, actionable corrections rather than generic encouragement.
  • Safe Skill Acquisition: We train on FIG-approved TaiShan apparatus, utilizing foam pits, crash mats, and sprung floors. Safety is the foundation that allows our athletes to attempt advanced skills like Giants on bars or Tsukahara vaults.
  • Mental Conditioning: Beyond physical strength, we work on the mental toughness needed for district and state qualifiers. We view the podium as a by-product of consistent, joyful effort.

The Squad Environment

Gymnastics is a team sport at Leap. Our squads support each other through the nerves of the competition floor and the exhaustion of long training sessions. If you are looking for a program that demands high standards while keeping the 'giggle and fun' factor alive, we invite you to explore our squad training options.

We're Leap. We believe that gymnastics is for everyone, and seeing our kids grow from their first stumble to their first state-level medal is what makes us get up in the morning. We don’t care about perfection—we care about the joy of movement and the strength it builds.
