Don't let the fear of 'starting from scratch' hold you back. A lot of our most confident social dancers—like Aravindhan—actually chose to repeat our beginner levels to lock in their foundations. It is not moving backward, it is the fastest way to get comfortable on the floor without panicking. When you stop chasing perfection and start focusing on the basics, you actually get to enjoy the music.
We have heard it all: the fear of having two left feet, the nervousness about joining a new group, the 'I am not rhythmic enough' self-talk. The truth is, everyone in our studio started exactly where you are right now.
