Essential Commercial Fit-Out
Core Construction & Civil
- Flooring: Premium Vitrified Tiles (2x4 ft or 4x4 ft) with grouting and spacers.
- Partitions: Gypsum dry-wall partitioning with sound insulation filling for treatment rooms.
- Plumbing: CPVC/PVC internal pipelines for dental chairs, shampoo stations, and washbasins.
- False Ceiling: Plain Gypsum false ceiling in Step or Cove design.
Furniture & Joinery
- Material: HDHMR board construction finished with High-Gloss or Suede Laminate (Merino/Century).
- Units: Custom reception desk, overhead/under-counter storage cabinets, and pantry units.
- Doors: Flush doors with laminate pasting and standard SS hardware.
Electricals & Lighting
- Fixtures: LED COB lights and LED Strip lights for cove effects.

What I Bring to Salons & Spas
- Minimalist luxury salon design is my jam. Think plush velvet, rose-gold touches, and those grand entrances with statement lighting. Every corner should have that ‘wow’ factor, but still feel chill enough that you want to hang out all day.
- Custom salon furniture solutions are a must. Curved desks, backlit display units, cozy chairs - I design each piece to fit the space, not the other way around.
How I Approach Clinics
- A clinic shouldn’t feel like a hospital. I use calming, soothing clinic color palettes - whites, greys, sage green. Natural wood, a bit of marble, and some biophilic clinic interiors elements like green walls or indoor plants really amp up that peaceful, professional feel.
- Waiting areas actually matter. I go for comfy, modern seating that helps people relax before appointments.
