Professional Cricket Training Routine at KYCA
At KYCA, we don't do cookie-cutter sessions. Every day on our turf and indoor nets is about grinding to match intensity, correcting technique with video analysis, and building the mindset to play like a champion.
A glimpse into the daily hustle at KYCA. From video analysis sessions where we break down technique to intense practice on the field, every day is about learning, improving, and working together as a team.
If you are determined to learn, no one can stop you. This video shows the typical energy of a net session at our academy, with multiple players batting and bowling, all pushing themselves to get better with every ball.
About this collection
Unlike general camps, our daily sessions at HSR and Sarjapura focus on high-volume training. Expect to face 200+ balls or bowl a heavy quota during your hour. We do not just watch you play, as we use tablet-based instant replay and biomechanical sensors to identify exactly where your stance or release needs fixing before you walk off the pitch.
Training Like a Pro
Our daily academy routine is built on one principle: Hard drills make for an easy battle. Whether you are coming in for a 1-on-1 session or our monthly mentorship program, the structure is designed to mimic match-day pressure.
The Daily Flow
Every session begins with 10 to 15 minutes of dynamic warm-ups tailored for cricket, ensuring you are game-ready. From there, we move to the nets. We use a mix of international-grade turf wickets for outdoor feel and indoor nets for technical isolation. For batters, this means facing leather balls in match-simulation drills that test your patience and shot selection, not just your ability to hit a loose ball.
Tech-Backed Correction
We move beyond 'watch and correct.' We integrate biomechanical analysis using StanceBeam sensors for precise data on bat speed, lift angle, and impact. If you are struggling with a specific shot or need to increase your bowling pace, we do not guess the solution. We show you the frame-by-frame breakdown on a tablet, pinpoint the micro-error, and prescribe the exact drill to fix it.
Coaching for Results
Our bowlers get dedicated spot-bowling sessions to work on seam position and variations, while our wicket-keepers work on reflex drills that keep them sharp. We maintain a high-volume environment because match-fitness is built through repetition. Our coaches are active, providing instant verbal feedback after every delivery. Whether you are preparing for the Ranji Trophy, a district selection, or just want to improve your local club form, our Bangalore facilities provide the environment you need to grind.
KYCA
We believe cricket is about process, not magic. At KYCA, we are the family that pushes you to work harder when you are tired, corrects your grip when no one else is looking, and celebrates when you finally nail that shot. We are not just coaching players, we are preparing you for the state-level grind.
