These studio sessions prioritize high-key lighting to create a clean, minimalist aesthetic. By eliminating background clutter, the focus remains entirely on your pregnancy silhouette and expressions. Whether you choose to wear the studio-provided maternity gowns or your own casual jeans and white shirt, the result is a timeless, editorial-style portrait.
Located in Sushant Lok Phase 1, my Gurgaon studio is designed for controlled, professional maternity photography. I avoid over-the-top props, preferring a simple, bright environment where the attention stays on you.
The Studio Experience
- High-Key Lighting: This style brightens the frame and minimizes shadows, ideal if you want a fresh, happy, and modern look. It is the opposite of dramatic or moody fine-art photography.
- Flexibility in Outfits: You have options. You can use my collection of maternity gowns (perfect for that flowing fabric look) or bring your own casual clothing like jeans and a white shirt. Mixing both is common to give you variety in your final gallery.
- Family Inclusion: While these are studio portraits, I encourage partners and older siblings to join. A simple white background works well for group compositions, keeping the family connection the focal point.
Practical Details
- Duration: Sessions generally run between 1.5 to 2 hours, allowing us enough time to switch between looks without rushing.
- Deliverables: I provide professionally edited, high-resolution digital files, along with all unedited raw files from the shoot, so you have the complete record of your session.
- Process: I guide you through posing to ensure you feel comfortable, even if you are not used to being in front of a camera. No complex storytelling or forced narratives—just professional, clean images of your new chapter.
