About Our Process: From Factory to Home
Because we operate our own manufacturing facility, we do not rely on third-party vendors for your furniture. Whether it is a modular kitchen or a bedroom wardrobe, we personally oversee the cutting, edge banding, and assembly. This allows us to maintain strict quality control and guarantee that your order is ready exactly when we promise.
The biggest risk in interior design is relying on external contractors who might delay your project or compromise on material quality. We eliminate that risk by bringing the manufacturing in-house.
Our Production Workflow
1. Design and Planning: We begin with a site visit to assess your layout, followed by 2D and 3D designs. You see the exact plan before we cut a single sheet of ply.
2. In-House Manufacturing: Every unit, from sliding wardrobes to L-shaped kitchens, is built in our dedicated facility. We use high-grade BWP (Boiling Water Proof) plywood and premium laminates. Our machinery ensures precision in every cut, which is critical for a perfect finish.
3. Quality Control: Because the furniture stays with us until the final stage, we inspect every drawer channel, hydraulic hinge, and profile light before it leaves the factory floor. This prevents the common installation headaches associated with vendor-supplied, readymade units.
4. On-Site Installation: Our own skilled team handles the installation. We ensure that the final fit in your apartment matches the digital render we created, so you get exactly what you signed up for.
By managing the entire lifecycle of your furniture, we ensure your project stays on schedule and meets our quality standards.
