Krav Maga is not a sport with referees or a set of rules. It is a street-proven survival system designed for real-world threats. Here is why the right mindset is your most important weapon.

What is Krav Maga? It is the world's most practical self-defense system because it was designed for real-life survival, not for sport or competition.

Krav Maga was born on the streets, not in a ring with referees. There are no rules in a real fight, so my training prepares you for the brutal reality of a violent encounter.

The secret to Krav Maga's effectiveness is its simplicity. It uses your body's natural instincts and reflexes, which allows you to learn essential skills in weeks, not years, and build lasting muscle memory.

We train for real threats by providing real solutions. My curriculum focuses on defenses against the most common types of attacks, including chokes, grabs, and threats with weapons like knives or sticks.

This graphic explains the origin of Krav Maga as the official hand-to-hand combat system of the Israeli Defense Forces. It is trusted by military and police units worldwide, and I bring that same level of training to you.

One of the five pillars of Krav Maga is decisive action. When your safety is at stake, you cannot hesitate. You must learn to respond quickly and effectively to neutralize a threat without worrying about "fighting etiquette."

About The Krav Maga Philosophy: Mindset & Principles

You do not need to be physically imposing to survive a violent encounter. The core of my training is about breaking the mental blocks you create for yourself—the belief that you cannot win. We teach you to stop freezing in the face of danger and instead use simple, instinctive movements that work when your adrenaline is high and your survival is on the line.
