This is not generic gym work; every drill, from parachute resistance runs to sand training, is designed to build the explosive power and endurance you actually use on the pitch. - Agility & Reflexes: Cricket is unpredictable. Our cone drills and side-arm throwdown simulations improve your lateral movement and reaction time, making you sharper in the field.
- Match-Day Endurance: We run the BCCI-affiliated Bronco Test to track your lung capacity against professional standards. If you can pass the Bronco here, you can handle the intensity of the Purshottam or Colvin Shield.
